Flower Care
Taking care of your cut flowers:
- Cut 3-5cm off the stems at a 45-degree angle once you receive them.
- Remove lower foliage.
- Place in a clean vase, with fresh water.
- Add flower food if available.
- Change the water every other day and re-cut the stems each time.
- Remove dead or wilting leaves and stems to keep the arrangement looking fresh.
- Keep the vase filled with fresh water, to ensure the flowers do not dry out and wilt.
- Add fresh flower food if available.
- Display flowers in a cool spot, never in direct sunlight, or near a source of heat.
- Never place your flowers near fresh fruit or cigarette smoke as both produce ethylene gas which will shorten the flowers life.
